TICKET POLICIES

  • The Winter Park Playhouse is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and upholds a strict NO REFUND policy. Exchange privileges are only available to Series Subscribers.
  • All matinee performances begin at 2:00 pm and all evening performances begin at 7:30 pm.
  • The Box Office and lobby/bar open one hour before each performance.
  • To enhance your entertainment experience, there is live piano music in the lobby ½ hour prior to each performance.
  • The Playhouse upholds a no late seating policy out of respect for our performers and our patrons. All shows will begin promptly at the scheduled time and patrons arriving after the designated show time may have to wait until intermission. Entrance will be at the discretion of the House Manager and patrons may not be in their original seats.
  • Please call the box office if you are running late: (407) 645-0145. Depending on the actual arrival time, patrons may have to wait until intermission to be seated. If a call is not received prior to show time, tickets will become the property of the Playhouse and may be re-distributed to other patrons at staff’s discretion.
  • Patrons leaving the theatre during a performance may or may not be re-seated during the performance. Re-entrance is at the discretion of the House Manager.
  • Students must be 11 years and over to be admitted to a Mainstage Series production and 15 years and over to be admitted to a Spotlight Cabaret. 
  • The Playhouse has partner restaurants that can help fulfill any of your dining needs, before or after the performance. See the list online or contact us at (407) 645-0145 for more information. 
  • Beer, wine, mixed drinks, soda, water & snacks are available and can be taken into the theatre. No outside food or beverages are permitted.
  • To ensure an enjoyable experience for all patrons, please turn off your cell phones prior to performance and refrain from any disruptive behavior or talking during the show.
  • The Playhouse is proudly affiliated with Actors’ Equity Association and as such, no photographs, audio or video recording during performances will be permitted.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building.
