PAYMENT POLICIES:
*The Winter Park Playhouse accepts cash, checks,Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
*We uphold a strict NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGE policy. If you can not attend a performance, either give your tickets to someone else or we'll happily send you a donation letter for your taxes.

HOUSE POLICIES:
-Tickets must be picked up 15 minutes before schedules performance or we reserve the right to re-sell them. Please call if you are going to be late.
-Shows will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Therefore, latecomers will not be seated until an appropriate time in the performance.
-Outside food and drinks are not permitted in theatre.
-Cameras and all types of recording equipment, video or audio, are forbidden.
-Silence all cell phones, pagers and watch alarms during performances.
