Dear Friends,

We miss you all so much and pray that you are safe and well. It has been a while since we've gathered and we can't wait to see you again! Although the theatre has been physically closed since March 15, we are diligently working to prepare for a wonderful year ahead.

As this pandemic continues to be unpredictable with so many factors still unknown, determining an appropriate time to reopen has been incredibly challenging. The safety of our patrons, artists and staff are of the utmost priority. In recent days we have heard from government, health, union and industry leaders who concur that summer is too soon for live theatres to reopen.

Therefore, the Board and staff have made some difficult but necessary decisions about our upcoming program schedule. Please see the breakdown of events below with date changes and additional information:

Mainstage Musicals

Pump Boys & Dinettes will be cancelled.
We hope to bring this production back in our 2021-2022 season. We are asking for your understanding during this crisis, so please let us know if you would be willing to donate your ticket purchase to the 501(c)(3) non-profit or wish to receive a refund.

If you have purchased tickets for any of the postponed programming, you will be receiving a separate email within the next week with your new date(s). This email will be generated by our ticketing system and come from the email address mail@winterparkplayhouse.org. Once again, if you have purchased tickets to Pump Boys & Dinettes, please let us know if you would like to donate your ticket purchase to the 501(c)(3) non-profit theatre or wish to receive a refund.

Since the offices and theatre itself are closed and we are working remotely, please email questions to mail@winterparkplayhouse.org or call the box office (407) 645-0145 and leave a message. Please be patient as call volume is extremely high.

We sincerely appreciate your support and understanding as we move through this crisis. We look forward to returning this fall with fantastic professional musicals, cabarets and special events to entertain, uplift and inspire you!

Warmest blessings and stay well,

Heather, Roy and all of The Playhouse Family
