What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, checks and all credit cards.
What time do your shows start?
Matinee performances are at 2:00 and evening performances are at 7:30.
What time does the theatre open?
1 hour before scheduled performances.
Yes. There is a ramp in the front of the theatre and the rest of the building is easily accessed via wheelchair.
Where can I park?
There is on street parking around the entire block. Plus, during evening performances and Sunday matinees there are empty lots across the street.
Are there stairs in the theatre?
Yes, but only five going up the center aisle in the theatre. If you are concerned about climbing stairs, ask to be seated in the front row or ask for assistance. Our ushers will happily help you up to you seat.
Are concessions available?
Yes. We offer water, sodas, beer, wine and snacks. All can be taken into the theatre with you.
Can I bring in outside food and drinks?
No.
Can I take pictures or video tape?
No. Due to our association with Actor's Equity Association, the professional union of actors and stage managers, all taping and photography is strictly prohibited.
Where are you located?
The Playhouse is located at 711-C Orange Avenue in Winter Park. To get specific directions to the theatre, please go back to the home page and click on "About Us" and then on "Directions".
What are your Box Office hours?
The Winter Park Playhouse Box Office hours are as follows: Monday: 11 am-5 pm. Tuesday- Closed. Wednesday through Friday from 11 am-5 pm, and 2 hours prior to Showtime. For more information call the Box Office at (407) 645-0145.
